Therefore, innate variances are expected and should not be misconstrued as flaws. These features make each piece unique and captivating! Returns due to Shipping Damage: If the parcel is received with obvious damage to the outer packaging, please refuse the shipment from the carrier for this reason, and inform House of Cach by email or phone within 48 hours. If refusal of the parcel is not possible, inform us within 48 hours and we will then provide you with instructions for return shipping. The damaged product must be received by House of Cach before the replacement product is shipped or refund is provided.
Other Returns: Your complete satisfaction is our priority! We allow 10 days for a full refund for any reason. The customer must email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 401-861-2224 for return authorization prior to returning the item.
Refund does not including shipping and handling. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal value or credited towards an item of greater value.
For a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:
- The product has not been worn.
- The product is not a custom design order.
- The product was not purchased using a gift certificate. Returns of products that were purchased with a gift certificate may either be exchanged or refunded with another gift certificate.
For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). House of Cach is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Include your receipt and reason for return with the returned item.
Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your item to process the return. By purchasing a House of Cach product online, you agree with this policy.
To request a repair please email email@example.com and be sure to include your name, telephone number, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. For items purchased within the last year, repairs are free of charge. If your House of Cach purchase is older than one year, there will be a $25 charge for the repair.
For items that need extensive work additional costs may apply which will be determined after receiving the piece at our studio. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Custom Order Policy:
Custom orders are considered non-cancelable and all goods are non-refundable or exchangeable. A minimum of 30% of the total cost for the custom order is required as a deposit before House of Cach purchases the required materials and production begins. Once the item is finished, the client is responsible for payment of delivery costs. Requesting changes to the custom design(s) that were not included in the original estimate may result in additional costs and additional deposit. The client will be informed of any additional charges prior to proceeding with the changes. Failure to make any payment on time gives House of Cach the right to take immediate possession of the goods and suspend/cancel the shipment of the custom order. House of Cach will aim to complete the custom order on or before the estimated shipment date. However, House of Cach will not be held responsible for issues beyond its control such as delays caused by the client’s requested changes to the design, backordered components, delays incurred by shipping carriers, etc.
NOTE: Online custom orders do not include fittings. It is important to email your measurements along with any online custom order.
